Act on Stage In "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie"

Mainstreet Theatre Company & the City of Rancho Cucamonga are casting "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie," a "frenetic physical adventure" based on the popular picture book by Laura Joffe Numeroff.

Rehearsals will start September 8. Performances run September 25-October 10 (8-9 performance/week; matinees only) at the theatre and to tour local schools.

SEEKING:

MALE CHILD ACTOR (18+; any ethnicity) - BOY. To play 10, any ethnicity, a normal kid, personable and charming, he is a great foil for the energetic mouse, he tries to be logical, polite, and nice to the Mouse, and is increasingly surprised at the growing chaos that takes place after each of the Mouse's seemingly innocent requests;

2.) MALE or FEMALE (18+; any ethnicity) - MOUSE. Talkative, energetic and very physical, the mouse is like the energizer bunny - he never stops, seeking someone with gymnastic and/or circus skills to add to the physical comedy already in the script, must not be afraid of heights
