Philadelphia-based theatre company is seeking performers to be on the play "Sunday in the Park with George." LORT C; $696/week minimum

Synopsis:
Sondheim's Pulitzer Prize-winning musical was inspired by Georges Seurat's stunning masterpiece, Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte. Brimming with beauty and light, Sunday in the Park celebrates the power of creation. Jeffrey Coon (Seurat) and Kristine Fraelich (Dot) star in this passionate production featuring Sondheim's full orchestrations and a commanding ensemble of 15. Hold on to your hat!
SEEKING:
1.) MALE (40-55; any ethnicity) - JULES. Baritone. Georges Seurat's artistic rival who is more conventional and commercially successful. Well to do, educated. Strong singer and musician. Will also play a role in Act II;
2.) FEMALE (40-55; any ethnicity) - YVONNE. Mezzo-Soprano. Jules' rigid, cold wife. Upper class and educated. Strong singer and musician. Will also play a role in Act II;
3.) MALE (35-45; any ethnicity) - BOATMAN. Baritone. A surly, blue-collar laborer. Scruffy, dirty, unkempt. Strong singer and musician. Will also play a role in Act II;
4.) MALE (24-35; any ethnicity) - SOLDIER. Tenor. Handsome, dashing, strong, tall, winning. Strong singer and musician. Will also understudy George and play a role in Act II.
